Cathy Lee serves McLeod Health as Corporate Vice President of Patient Experience. She also spent ten years as Consultant and Vice President with PRC. Cathy has presented more than 30 times at national and state conferences for the past 20 years, and her work has been highlighted in over a dozen articles in national publications. She is an active member of The Beryl Institute, where she recently served as Faculty for the organization’s Body of Knowledge courses, was a certification exam writer, and was recognized as a leader in the Institute’s inaugural class of CPXP's.
Keith Schneider helps clients collect actionable insights that will enable them to make strategic decisions to deliver quality care in ways that elevate their brand. In addition to managing hundreds of complex custom healthcare research projects, he has also developed the Brand Power Index, a proprietary calculation of various brand attributes that assigns a single number to an institution and its competitors in a given market to reflect the comparative strength of their brands. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Omaha, Keith currently leads PRC's Consumer & Brand division.
