Alex Sydnor | Christina Deidesheimer
Alex Sydnor is a health care leader with a marketer’s vision and creativity, a planner’s discipline and attention to detail, and a project leader’s ability to motivate teams to deliver results. He serves as Vice President of External Affairs and Chief Strategy Officer of Beebe Healthcare, an independent, non-profit health care system in southern Delaware. While at Beebe Healthcare he has launched a new system brand and name change; led the transformation to a consumer-focused marketing strategy; facilitated the organization’s long range plans, including the current $180 million expansion; and provided executive leadership for patient experience and patient-centered cultural transformation.

Christina Deidesheimer is the Director of System Marketing Communications at Beebe Healthcare. In her current role she is responsible for developing marketing strategies to increase volume, market share and physician and consumer preference. Previous to Beebe, Christina held leadership positions with organizations such as LifePoint Health and Carolinas Healthcare System. She has presented on topics ranging from branding to strategic marketing. She blogs about marketing, being an artist and life in general. She holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater from Ohio University.
