One of our patients told me that while I was in the emergency department, I was treated by the best staff. They were fast moving and efficient. I am pleasantly surprised at how wonderful your nurses and staff are in the emergency department. Please tell them thank you and I appreciate all they. I also heard from a patient that this was the best experience I have ever had at San Juan Regional Medical Center. Staff gave me the best treatment and cared for me with sincerity. Everyone was just fantastic.

Please thank them for me because they really went out of their way to give me the best care. And finally, a patient shared with me that they needed urgent care around Thanksgiving while their doctor's office was closed. They said my doctor was able to schedule a procedure on Saturday. All staff from entrance, registration, security to nursing were professional and kind. The hospital's beautiful. It's clean and while managed. Thank you so much, San Juan Regional for treating me like family. I encourage you to share the compliments you recieve and share compliments to your coworkers, your colleagues.
