Laura Werbner: Hello, and welcome to this episode of our Compass Podcast here at San Juan Regional Medical Center. I'm Marketing and Communications Manager, Laura Werbner. I am here today to talk about something we've been working on for quite some time. It's something we've been asked to provide to you, our caregivers, many, many times over the years, and it is finally becoming a reality.

I am talking about our new company store. This is a one-stop shop for branded merchandise. You can easily purchase single apparel, hats and bags with the San Juan Regional or San Juan Health Partners logo to amplify our brand experience and celebrate our visual identity as caregivers at this community-owned and operated hospital and our clinics.

So, when you first log on, get on your computer and type in sanjuanregional.store. You'll see our main screen pop up and you're going to have a few options that I'm going to go through with you today.

So first off, you get to pick where you want to shop. You can shop by facility. So, this is where you're either going to select San Juan Regional Medical Center or San Juan Health Partners. While you're going to see our overarching logos here on the site, you will still be able to order logos that have your specific clinic or department on them. So, don't worry about that if you don't see those there. There are places where you'll be able to get those and I'll talk about that in a minute.

Now, as you scroll down on the main page, the best thing to do would be click shop now once you've selected your facility. There, you'll be able to view the different products that we have to offer. We've got a lot of great things. We have polos, vests, jackets, tees, all kinds of things that you can check in, probably even more that I haven't seen yet.

Nearby, all kinds of different trusted brand names out there. We've got North Face, Adidas, Carhartt and Columbia. There's a lot of bags. If you haven't checked out the bag selection, that's going to be a real fun place to start. There's backpacks. There's messenger bags. There's bags that you can take your laptops in. I know I have my eye on one of those so I can take my laptop back and forth as needed. There's also hats that you can order as single items.

So, one important thing to remember about our company store is if you want one item, one single item, one hat, one bag, one jacket, one t-shirt, make sure you're shopping and viewing the single piece options on the site, because we also have bulk orders. So, those are items that can't be ordered as singles, things that have to be ordered in bulk with minimum quantities. We want to make sure you're having a really good user experience. So, you're looking at single piece options when you want one thing. And if you're looking to shop for maybe your department, a group, then bulk orders are where you want to go.

We've got wonderfully curated collection of top-selling brand items. These can be personalized to your department or clinic, like I said. But remember, they are minimum quantity purchases. So, look at these as opportunities where you would want to celebrate your entire team. Maybe you're in charge of selecting a special item if it's your week or helping your manager with ideas for a holiday gift. Maybe you're looking at a place to shop for giveaways for career fairs or health fairs. This is the section to do that. We've got some really fun things, personal care and wellness items. Take a look at that section, that's got some great items for giveaways. There's some fun cooking sets. Also, when you get into this section, you can even order some single piece items like aprons, mugs, drinkware, and really a lot of neat tech items, especially for those of us who are always looking for things that will charge our phones while we're doing other things.

Now if you go back to the main page of the site, check out New Favorites. This is a little section further down where you're going to see some of the great items you can order as single pieces. We're featuring them here for a quick look at what you can get. We've had a lot of requests over the years from people who maybe just want a new San Juan Regional shirt to wear, or a coat, something when they're out and about in the community, or representing San Juan Regional Medical Center at a career fair. They don't want to place a bulk order just to get one item, and now we have that option to get the single piece apparel.

Remember though, you're not limited to just what you see in this online store, or like I said, by the logos you see listed. We've got a team of experts we're working with who can provide you with additional options or suggestions, and also accommodate our approved department and clinic logo requests.

You'll see a little Contact Us section on the site, as well as a section with Frequently Asked Questions, so you can get your questions answered, or you can turn to the Contact Us if you have more questions you need answered. The purpose of our store is to make shopping for logo wear easy and fun.
