In the search box, type in San Juan Regional Medical Center. Step three, select sign up. You'll be asked to enter some basic information like your name, date of birth, and contact details. To set this up, first make sure both HealthElife and Apple Health are installed on your device. On your iPhone, open the Apple Health app. On the bottom right, go to tap the browse icon and then scroll to add account. Search for San Juan Regional Medical Center and add it. It's that simple. By connecting HealthElife to Apple Health, you are empowering yourself with information and making it easier to share valuable health insights with your providers.
