Shweta Singh: Hi everyone. My name is Shweta Singh. I work as an HR operations analyst in the HR team, and I'm really excited to share my personal journey with the Lighten Obsession, a wellness program that turned out to be such a grounding and eye-opening experience for me. It's still helping me stay on track with my wellness goals and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better start to the year.

So back in January this year, I remember feeling really heavy, physically and mentally. I was searching for motivation and didn't know where to start, you know, and how to begin. So that's when I came across the Lightener program and enrolling in it definitely the best decision I made this year, and I was able to lose 27 pounds with the help of this program. I truly want to take a moment to appreciate the wellness team, Rani and Sandy, for putting so much effort into this. The sessions were so well structured, full of thoughtful planning, fun activities, journaling, and small nudges that made a huge difference for someone like me who found the whole idea of losing weight pretty overwhelming at first.

What stood out to me right away was that this wasn't just about weight loss, it was about creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. From the very first session, I started learning things I'd never paid attention to before, like nutrition basics, hormones, sleep, hydration, things that sound simple but are often overlooked.

The focus on nutrient dense foods, those with vitamins or lean protein helped me shift my mindset and daily habits, and learning how hormones and emotion influence a habit made me so much more compassionate with myself. Each week brought something new. We started with logging food and activity, had really weigh-ins, reflected on a why and even created a vision for our health.

The session on building a vision board was hands down my favorite. It gave me a creative way to express what wellness actually looks like for me, and that's something I still go back to when I feel off track.

The sessions also touched on movements, exercises, sleep, stress, social influences, and how to stay motivated. We even did exercising during the sessions, just quick routines, neck, back stretches, exercises, which is really fun and doable. Who could forget this small gems, like eight glasses a day keeps fat away.

Simple reminders like that really stayed with me. Another thing I truly appreciated was how supportive we were throughout the program. We received handouts before each class, summaries and highlights after the classes, and even recorded links in each case, we missed a session, so the flexibility to do makeup sessions made a huge difference too.

But above everything, what I cherished most was the sense of community. We weren't just bunch of people trying to lose weight. We were in it together, sharing wins, setbacks, small victories, and just sharing each other on that made it all more special to me. So to anyone considering the Lightener program, I'd say go for it.

It's not just about changing how you eat or move, it's about how you live. And I'm really grateful to this program and I would definitely recommend everyone to join it. Thanks for listening.
