Tina Pacheco White: Hello, I'm Tina Pacheco White with First Tee Four Corners. Our organization teaches life skills and character values through the game of golf. We offer classes and events for kids ages seven to 17, and we're proud to now offer programs for veterans as well. Fall is one of the best times to be outside here in the Four Corners, and we have some great opportunities coming up.
Our junior programs begin September 4th at Civitan Golf Course. Girls Golf kicks off September 15th at Riverview Golf Course. And we're excited to launch our new adult junior tournament series starting August 21st. Come out and play nine holes of fun with your favorite junior golfer. Our Veterans League is in full swing and always welcoming new participants.
Come experience comradery, community, and the healing power of golf open to all veterans in our community, free of charge. If you've never tried golf, I encourage you to visit one of our local courses. Pro shops often have clubs you can borrow and it doesn't cost anything to practice on the putting or chipping greens or to check out the driving range.
