Should You Choose a Personal Trainer Based on Looks?

Does the way your trainer looks affect your impression of them? Or vice versa? Find out the best criteria for YOU.
Would you work with a personal trainer who carries a little extra weight?

Or would you only work with a trainer that has a perfect body?

Has your trainer ever struggled with weight as you have?

Does he or she understand the needs you have, and the best way to work you out?

The trainer you choose needs to fit your needs and your struggles. It's not a simple formula, either. Not every trainer will be able to understand what you're going through, or be able to help you reach your goals.

Special guest Dick Cotton shares some advice on how to pick a trainer that will help you get the best results - whether your goal is improving your fitness level, strength, or even just eating better.
