Jeff Cox is the author of twenty books on food, wine, and gardening, including the bestselling From Vines to Wines and the James Beard nominated The Organic Cook's Bible. He has hosted two television series: Your Organic Garden, a 26-part series that ran in over 200 markets on PBS in the early 1990s, and Grow It, a series of 91 half-hour episodes that aired on HGTV in the late 1990s.
