Dr. Gupta completed a prestigious two year fellowship in Movement Disorders at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and her neurology training at the University of Connecticut, where she also served as chief resident. She was honored with being the recipient of the compassionate physician award, which is given annually to a designated senior neurology resident.
Dr. Gupta was instrumental in establishing a Movement Disorders Center at Hackensack University Medical Center, where the emphasis is comprehensive and compassionate patient care.
