You've likely heard the phrase, "I'll believe it when I see it."
But, what if you approached things the other way around, by believing first, then seeing?
A book by that very name, You'll See It When You Believe It, by Wayne Dyer, was hugely instrumental in helping special guest and author, Anabelle Valenzuela-Alarcon, to rise from an incredibly tough time in her life.
The lessons Anabelle has learned since inspired her to write her own book (a children's book), The Day an Angel Ran into My Room.
The book has extremely valuable messages... things that Anabelle wished she knew when she was a child.
What are some of those messages?
The power of the mind is limitless. Thoughts carry strength, both in the negative aspect and the positive. If you continue to think negative thoughts, more negativity will come into your life. On the other hand, if you think positively, more positive things will be welcomed into your life.
Another message speaks to the idea of cause and effect. If you do a good deed, more good will come back to you.
"Mind your own garden," is a concept that's helpful to both kids and adults. It means that you should concentrate on your own self, instead of always trying to take care of others, because YOU are the only one that you can change/impact.
And, trust your intuition. Your angels are there to guide you, but you need to ask their help.
Listen in as Anabell joins host Andrea Donsky to share more about her book, as well as what inspired her to write it.
