Cassandra Carlopio, a licensed Psychologist in Australia, recently moved to Los Angeles to immerse herself in the mind-body healing culture.
Cassandra is currently working as an addictions coach and iRest Yoga Nidra practitioner at a residential Malibu Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center, as well as her private practice in Santa Monica.
Cassandra comes from a diverse background of experience, including research, private practice with focus on trauma and body image, and her experience of learning and sharing iRest Yoga Nidra. Drawing on these, Cassandra supports clients to come into relationship with the essence of who they already are, develop a respectful relationship with their body, unhook from limited thinking, and cultivate fulfilling relationships with those around them.
Cassandra holds private, group and community yoga nidra sessions at her practice in Santa Monica.
