Pelvic Health: What Your Daughter Needs to Know

Are young girls today less educated about their own bodies?
Even though it can be an uncomfortable conversation to have, it's still extremely important to talk to your young daughter about her body and the changes that will occur.

Studies have shown that millions of girls already experience symptoms of compromised pelvic health, including UTIs, constipation, and even light bladder leakage.

Teaching your daughter(s) to "be large and in charge of their own pelvic region" will help them avoid the physical pain and social isolation that can accompany poor pelvic health. Instead, they will thrive with vibrant quality of life.

Listen in as author Jeni Donatelli shares why young girls need to know more about their pelvic health, as well as tips for talking openly with your daughter.
