Routines can be powerful tools in your life.
Establishing a routine helps your behavior become habit, which in turn creates new pathways in your brain.
Once you have created these new pathways in your brain, your habits and associated actions become second nature.
While routines can be detrimental for people creating addictive habits and pathways, you can also harness the power of routines to help create healthy habits, including regular exercise.
Chris Mogaddam has helped thousands of clients change their lives by creating fitness routines and habits.
He joins Erica to explain how you can create positive routines and rewire your brains to create healthier lives.

He has managed and run fitness and performance clubs for some of the most well known corporate and private companies.
He believes everybody has the capacity to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. He takes pride in guiding people into becoming more health conscious and fit. With his experience and access to some of the top fitness professionals in SoCal, he is known for putting together one of the most elite teams of trainers and performance coaches that Los Angeles has to offer, known as Prime Fit Elite. As PFE’s reputation continues to grow throughout SoCal, Chris has been able to capitalize on other opportunities within the fitness world.
Chris was the first American Fitness Professional to get involved with F45. In September 2014, Mogaddam was sought out and recruited by Rob Detusch and Adam Gillcrest, the founders and co-CEOs of the fastest growing fitness network in the world. They flew out to network with Americans and were directed to Chris. Rob came back to L.A. within a month to drag Chris back to Australia. Chris finally went a couple weeks later and never looked back. F45 Training is based out of Sydney, Australia, and is now in numerous countries throughout the world.
After learning all the details of the F45 Training structure and visiting a number of F45 studios in Sydney Chris was convinced that F45 is the future of fitness. He was asked to help launch and bring the brand to the U.S. Chris launched, runs and owns F45 Santa Monica. He and his partner Owen are currently in the process of opening more studios.
Chris loves everything the brand stands for. Contact Chris if you are interested in becoming a franchise owner.
