What are some ways you can achieve this more positive mindset?
- Hypnotherapy, which allows you to get "un-blocked" and move forward.
- Creating lifestyle practices that will help you thrive, such as this morning ritual: journaling, reading and writing. Do each for five minutes. It puts you in a calm state and in the position of success for your day.
- Set intentions. What do you want to create or experience that day? Take care of you; honor you. Instead of life happening to you, you're making life happen FOR you.
Another effective tactic is stating affirmations. Melissa suggests just a few, including:
