Chris Bevacqua is a Certified Nutritionist (CNP), Harm Reduction Advocate and creator of the online nutrition program "Good & Healthy" where he specializes in food, supplementation and stress management practices. He also spent years working as an on the street counselor for homeless and at-risk youth dealing with the trauma of addictions, violence and mental health.
Chris took his background and expertise in addictions and combined it with his knowledge of nutrition to create The Holistic Sobriety Program. The Holistic Sobriety Program focuses on diet, fitness, meditation and supplementation for those in recovery from substance abuse or new to sobriety. The Holistic Sobriety Programs gives practical health related advice to not only eliminate the fear of relapse but thrive in new found sobriety!
