How to Stay Sick & Tired

Are you jeopardizing your health by practicing bad habits that just keep you sick?
Many people create a list of New Year's resolutions to finally get healthy.

But in doing so, you often forget that you also need to create a list of your bad habits – so you can STOP doing them.

So make your list of healthy resolutions; but also be honest with yourself and list the bad ones as well.

"Do the good ones and stop the bad ones" – a simple rule for finally getting healthy.

Join Dr. Mike and special guest, Kathy Gruver, as they explain why it's so important to balance the good and the bad.
