Losing weight -- especially a massive amount like Brooke did -- can feel like a huge accomplishment. And it should... you have dedicated yourself to shedding those pounds and getting healthier.
But some elements of drastic weight loss aren't so fun.
The loose skin that often results can be unsightly, uncomfortable, and even "painful" while working out.
The problem is that all these television shows and magazines that feature weight loss "success stories" never seem to cover that part. Women like Brooke want to put the true and real expectations out there for all the world to see.
After Brooke's kerfuffle with Shape went viral, the magazine reconsidered and is now actually doing an entire spread with Brooke and five other women, portraying the reality of massive weight loss.
