Most doctors and nutritionists caution cancer patients to restrict their intake of dietary sugar because they feel like it's equivalent to pouring gasoline on a fire.
But, there's new evidence that shows L-fructose, the naturally-occurring sugar found in fruits and vegetables, is not assimilated by human cancer cells and does not promote cancer cell growth.
This is major news for cancer patients. Since fruits and veggies provide powerful antioxidants, vitamins, anti-inflammatory properties and minerals, patients can now eat fruits and veggies without worrying about triggering the spread of cancer.
Listen in as Bill Henderson discusses sugar and how one sugar may not be as harmful as the other.
