Sarah Taylor has been counseling, case managing and working with clients who have Co-Occurring Disorders (Chemical Dependency and Mental Illness) since 1998.
She has worked in residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and consulting, and is grateful to say that she learns valuable things from clients, colleagues and mentors almost every day.
Currently, Sarah facilitates BioSound Therapy at Living Rebos in West Los Angeles. BioSound Therapy integrates Biofeedback, Sound Frequency Healing, Music Therapy and Guided Imagery to assist clients in reducing anxiety, stress, muscle tension and emotional dysregulation.
