Choosing to live healthier is one the best decisions you can make for yourself.

However, sometimes the transition from eating out or buying frozen dinners to cooking healthy, or from sitting on the couch to joining a gym, can be much easier said than done.

You might have a friend, a Pinterest board, or a partner helping you get started, but keeping that motivation to continue on the road to health (especially when the weather is bitterly cold or you didn't get enough sleep) can be hard.
