If you're living in the past, there's something in the present that's not being fulfilled.
Motivational speaker and author, Cornell Thomas, asks you to think about it this way... your car has a rear view mirror for a reason. If you drive your car looking only in your rear view mirror, you're going to crash.
Of course, you can't fulfill your present and future without looking back in your past. You can use your past experiences to shape your present and future. But, it's a dangerous thing to continually live in your past.
Thomas suggests waking up every day and asking these questions:
What can you do today to make it great?
What goals can you accomplish today, or work towards accomplishing, no matter how big or small they are?
Listen in as Thomas joins host Andrea Donsky to share strategies for moving out of your past and focusing on the present.
