Party in My Plants: Putting the Fun in Healthy Eating

Eating vegetables and other plant-based foods doesn't have to be torture, nor a lot of work.
When Talia Pollock was in college, she suffered from sluggishness, digestive issues, and often unexplainable viruses.

The cure came in the form of a plant-based diet.

Since then, Talia has worked to help others feel better and get their mojo back by turning to plants. Plus, she makes it fun, with guides like Party in Your Kitchen: The Ultimate Guide for Turning Your Kitchen into a Health Food Restaurant (No License Required) and Party Through the Holidays: Your Ho-Ho-How To Guide for Taking the Hell Outa the Healthy Holidays (No Matter How Much Your Aunt Guilts You to Eat ALL Her Pie).

Eating vegetables and other plant-based foods doesn't have to be torture, nor a lot of work.

Talia suggests to start stocking your home with the regular staples of nuts, seeds, beans, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. Use these same ingredients in different ways. For instance, you can blend bananas and make your own homemade ice cream or make tofu tacos with black beans, salsa and kale.

Talia joins host Lisa Davis to share some creative ways to get everyone in your family to eat more vegetables, as well as a few of the easiest vegetables and fruits to eat more of.
