Redefining Manhood

Men can navigate the modern landscape of relationships.
The modern man can redefine himself. “Man up” no longer applies, because men’s roles have changed over the past century.

Men need to create safe spaces in their relationships. Communication is key. They also need to practice self-care and express their feelings to their partners.

The journey of manhood doesn’t end. You can be any man you want as long as you stick to your truth.

Listen as John Kim joins Melanie Cole, MS, to share how men can embrace manhood while maintaining integrity.
