What are the differences between table salt and sea salt?

Table salt is usually mined from underground salt deposits. It often has an anti-clumping agent, and it is more heavily processed to remove unwanted minerals. It typically has added iodine for health benefit.

Sea salt is produced through evaporation of ocean or seawater. It usually has a color from trace minerals and elements. It is available with a variety of courseness.
