It’s wonderful to have the conveniences of cell phones, tablets, laptops and WiFi. However, the electromagnetic fields (EMF) emitted from these devices aren’t good for your health. EMF emissions are the byproduct of electrical flow.
Smart meters are being installed in homes and can interrupt your sleep. Maintaining a 20-foot distance from smart meters is best when you are sleeping. You can also turn off the meters at the breaker while you sleep.
The National Toxicology Department of the Federal Government did a $25 million study last year on EMFs. Under heavy cell phone radiation, tumors formed in soft tissue of some specimens. Cell membranes are weakened and damaged.
It’s best to keep devices out of direct contact with your body. Your brain and heart are most susceptible to EMFs so texting is better than having your cell by your ear.
Listen as Daniel DeBaun joins Dr. Susanne Bennett to share the details on EMF radiation.
