What causes hair loss in women?
According to the American Academy of Dermatology, most people lose 50 to 100 strands of hair daily. On days that hair is washed, that number increases to 250.
The reasons why women lose their hair are different from men. There are many reasons why you might be losing your hair. For example, stress, heredity, thyroid disorder, autoimmune diseases and menopause are just some reasons you might be losing your hair.
How do you properly wash your produce?
According to a NY Times article, there actually is a right (and wrong) way to rinse off produce before you consume it. First, you need to know that tap water is the best way to rinse off your produce before cutting, cooking, and eating. It's better to place your produce in a colander rather than a bowl to help rinse off any pesticides that were lingering on the fruit or vegetable. Another way you can help clean produce is by using a vegetable brush to scrub the produce clean.
