Tips for Attuned Eating


  • Check your hunger against a fullness scale throughout the day. Make sure you aren’t skipping meals or eating when you’re not actually hungry.
  • When there’s a deficit, we try to make up for it. Heavy eating in the evening might make up for tiny meals earlier in the day.
  • Determine if your body is in fight or flight mode. Rest when needed. Let yourself wake up before checking emails and social media.
  • Savor your foods.
