The Other Side of Change: Who We Become When Life Makes Other Plans

Dr. Maya Shankar explains that writing The Other Side of Change helped her feel more hopeful about navigating life’s unexpected challenges. Although she personally struggles with change, her research and interviews with others showed her that difficult transitions can lead to growth and new possibilities. Through the stories and strategies in her book, she hopes to help readers cope with uncertainty and find strength during times when life doesn’t go as planned. She also encourages listeners to explore her book and podcast and share the episode with others who might benefit.
