Have you ever thought of running as medicine? It doesn't come from a pharmacy, or require a prescription, but it can be one of the most effective medicines available.
And best of all its free.
What about other running questions? For instance, how much running is too much? Is a runner's high real? How can you get past that first few weeks of not being able to catch your breath and the desire to quit... even though the desire to run is just as strong?
In this segment of Train Your Body, Dr. Anthony Luke, MD, and Melanie Cole, MS, discuss everything you ever wanted to know about running. Whether you're in the beginning stages of becoming a runner, or a seasoned athlete, you don't want to miss this interview.
