From improving mindfulness and finding more self-compassion to achieving a healthy weight and relieving pain, this therapy can be very effective.
For example, Dr. Traci Stein's self-hypnosis program, "Letting Go of Unhealthy Relationships," employs carefully-crafted hypnotic imagery and a clearing ritual to help you identify and free yourself from toxic, one-sided, or otherwise unhealthy relationships.
Her program "Developing Your Intuition" explores the ability to tap into a vast reservoir of intuitive wisdom beyond the five “ordinary” senses.
Listen as Dr. Stein joins host Lisa Davis to discuss the benefits of hypnosis, the variety of her programs, and her history as a licensed clinical psychologist and health educator.
